We offers custom engraved products, with that, we cannot guarantee an order completion time, or shipping time. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion. As a custom order, colors, fonts, and uniformity cannot be guaranteed, but we do our best to ensure accuracy, and use specialized equipment like laser engravers and presses to be as precise and uniform as possible.

4. Customization and Accuracy

  • Custom Orders: By submitting a custom order, you are responsible for providing accurate information for the engraving, including text, images, and any other details. We are not liable for any errors that occur as a result of incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

  • Proofs: For certain custom items, we may offer a proof for your approval before engraving. It is your responsibility to review and approve the proof before we begin processing your order. Once approved, we are not responsible for any changes or corrections.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Time: We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination. Please allow extra time for custom orders.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination.

  • Risk of Loss: Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

  • International Orders: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, and you are responsible for these charges.

  • Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on custom engraved items unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  • Non-Custom Products: For non-custom products, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is in its original, unused condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during shipping or arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either replace the product or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.
